Is there some scenarios to Geislinger Steige route or not yet ?

Welcome to the forum.
Currently, there are no scenarios other than the included scenarios. Perhaps
in the future, however, there are still a lot of construction work to
be done on the track, some tracks are not connected properly, and the
signal technology is not yet completely finished. QD are attached.

QD is not so funny when there is not some traffic. but great route.
