  • Hi All (sorry for writing in English).

I was just bombing down the Mosel in my BR155 pulling a heavy freight train (U). I was cruising nicely at 100km/h, and then I went past a speed change warning sign (70km/h) which had a magnet.

So I press the PZB acknowledge, and then I have to slow all the way down to 55km/h before being allowed to speed up again to 70km/h. Very annoying when towing a heavy freight train :S

Is this correct? Is there no way of just being able to slow down to 70?

    Danke

  • Hi, if you drive in U normally you don't drive fester then 80.

If you need more Infos, look on the Website Tf-Ausbildung.de.
Or locker in the BR 155 Manuel.

  • Hey,
correct. You have to slow down to 55 in the U mode if you acknowledged the speed signal.

In case of a speed signal without a magnet you dont have to acknowledge the speed signal. There could be a GPA at the signal, if its showing 80 or 90. So its better to acknowledge any signal.
