Hi,
Is it possible to install the German Railroads stock for Railsim into Railworks. I know the activities are unworkable but I'd like to use the locomotives if possible

Yes, it is possible.
Just install your German Railroads Addon for Railsim, then copy/paste the folder "German Railroads" from the Railsim assets to the Railwors Assets folder.
Thats it. Easy as can be...

I got all GT AddOns but S-Bahn Rhein-Ruhr and i was able to get those scenarios (starting with GT...) below after slight adjustments in the WEditor up and running:
