Welcome downloaded. I installed the BR189 and I said lock, I have these repainty BR189_Hectorrail. when nacisnołem BR189_Hectorrail_Install are only a yellow, there is what is shown on the photo. please help

Rali. You install the file in RWP then go to ...... / Asset / PMdesign, open the directory BR189_Hectorrail. Then click on BR189_Hectorrail_Install.

I will say this. I had to copy the folder, temp files with BR189Pack01. Engine folders or entire folder, and just worked.
