That's unfortunate for you and yes RW-0381 only accepts PayPal (and thereby any credit card) as international form of payment. There are prepaid credit cards available almost everywhere for small prices, maybe that could be of help for you.

Careful though: the first five downloads are repaints of his payware objects. -
