A Surplus Of Grain

Set on the fictional island of New Cornwall in the near future.

New Cornwall has a surplus of Malting Barley, in Europe there is a
shortage of Malting Barley, so the surplus is to be sent there. It is
your job to take the heavy train load of Malting Barley to Royton Docks.
