Ok, the problem is solved!
It was due to an updated AP file 2016-02-17 that was the cause of malfunctions. Just switched the AP file and put the previous AP file in, and everything worked perfectly.

Is there anyone else having problems using the brake handle on Tallent 2
It doesen't work for me anymore when using the keyboard. However it do works with the mouse.
I have not made any changes to the system lately.
I have not tested if there something more which have faild...
