@ Julian: Could be done in a couple of days because a lot of the 'groundwork' on the HRQ Taurus has already been done.

But first I need to finish my RE485, then I will start on the MRCE Taurus

The bogiestexture filelocation/name are baked into the geopcdx file on the taurus. That's why I needed to (temporarily) overwrite the original which I fixed with a batchfile.

On the Traxx I don't know yet.. normally I can change the bin file.

Die Taurus repaint ist jetzt 50+ mal heruntergeladen . Ich habe noch keine comments bekommen also das wuerde wahrscheinlich bedeuten dass alles mit installieren klappt?

Es ist ein 'etwas andere' installation deswegen sags mir bescheid wann es nicht geht..

Is was not an easy repaint but finally it's ready; The BLS Cargo Taurus! There is a clean and a slightly weathered one in the pack.

You can download the repaints below. Please note that you need HRQ's Taurus pack (Especially Adria) for this repaint to work.

Also I had major difficulties getting the repaint to work without sharing the GeoPcDx files so I 'fixed' that by a batch file that copies some stuff from the original Adria. Please read the readme file for more info.

Hahaha! Jetzt gehts richtig los! Vielleicht geht ein Swiss Express Version noch ziemlich schnell wann die (Vermutlich) 2. Version mit die Eckigen Leuchten modelliert ist.. Es kommt dan meistens auf paintjob an.

Wie euch allen bin auch ich sehr gespannt wie das erste Model aussehen wird..

Lust zum repainten hab ich schon! Aber wenns zuviel wird kann ich vielleicht hilfe brauchen..

Das 3d basteln die verschiedene Versionen ist denke ich ziemlich mehr Arbeit...

Ich freue mich auch sehr auf dieses Project. Hoffentlich können Sandra und ich zusammen ein Paar schöne Loks bauen :-). Wanns nicht genug bilder gibt kann ich immer noch nach die Schweiz abreisen.. Wissen sie (railsimmers) ob es RE 4/4's im Verkehrsmuseum (Luzern) oder irgendwo anders gibt?

Ich versuche auf Deutsch: Stimmt, keine Probleme mit HRQ wann es um repaints geht.

Es gibt noch ein kleines Problem mit die bogies: mann kann die nicht ändern für ein bestimmte version (repaint). Alle brachen dieselbe texture und diese ist im geopcdx's eingebäckt... Ich brauche die common bogie zu überschreiben..

Dafür kann ich meine weathered BLS Taurus nur teilen wann braucher einverstanden sind das bei installation die neue bogietexture alle Taurus bogies smutzig werden..

Vieleicht gibt es noch ein möglichkeit das ganze repaint in ein andere ordner zu schieben..

I was busy weathering my BLS Taurus and noticed that all pics on internet show relatively clean loco's.. Also in this thread there were some remarks about dirty Tau's.

So I minimized my dirt and want to hear your opinion:

I hope you can see the difference in the screenshots. Which one looks better: The clean or the slightly weathered one?

Bottom one is weathered

Or do you want more dirt?

Also I repositioned the text on the sides:

The left one was the old text (and clean), the right one the new text (and weathered) version. Go with the new one or stick to the old textposition?

Hope you can help me make a decision.

I will share the BLS Taurus as soon as I am ready with the weathered version (last screenshots in album). The 'crisp clean' one I can share already without problems. For the weathered one I need to find a solution for the bogies... (all repaints share the same bogies and I need a separate pair).
