Hi there,
Since the update to TS2014 I have a problem with Loco numbers:
On some of my repaints I don't want the numbers to show on my loco. That used to work by just pointing to an empty loconr. dcsv file.
Since the update I have problems with this way of doing it because adding waggons crashes the editor..
If I restore the .dcsv file all is OK again. I tried all kinds of things but nothing seems to work, it's driving me crazy now...Question: How can I keep the .dcsv file intact but make the numbers NOT show on the loco?
Update: I found out that changing the number from i.e. 1234567 to "" makes the number invisible but causes a crash when adding waggons. So TS seems to need a valid loconumber...
Update 2: Sorry guys, the problem seems to be somewhere else... I just cannot add waggons, the system crashes even on the original engine (BR185)..
Update 3: Now it seems to only occur when building a consist on certain pieces of the route.... I am LOST!!!!!Thanx,

Hi there,
To check if all my repaints still work properly on TS2014 I made this short video activating each of my repainted Loks on the SBB route 1.
If however you find any issues with one of my repaints please respond to this post stating repaint version and route and other details that might help pinpointing the problem.
See the video here : http://youtu.be/WFkOK0Jdhfo

Thanx for the screenshots!
I will check the weathered version.. I have to say that I get crashes on some of my repaints since TS2014... Very strange...
Christrains has already released some updates because of issues with TS2014 so maybe HRQ will do the same. In your case however this should then affect both MRCE versions and not just the weathered one...I will look into it!
UPDATE: Tested the lok on the Koeln-Duesseldorf Route : http://youtu.be/bYR6ujm-C4I
No issue here.
Taurus0815: Could you tell me on which route the problem occurs? -
Don't forget the screenshots guys!

Thanx guys

Those screenshots ROCK Julian & Ice! Looks very realistic.
Keep the screenshots coming! -

Hi!
On special request of one of my friends on this Forum: The Siemens ES64U2 'Taurus' MRCE dispolok repaint!
You can download the repaint <HERE>
2 versions in the pack: clean and weathered.
As always: I LOVE getting screenshots of this lok on your tracks

@ Eisenbahnfreak : Let me see if I can get some artwork for the Wagner-Verdi Lok.. If I can I will see what I can do for you

I obviously should have found that manual myself...

This clears up a whole lot of questions I had..
Thanx to all of you!
Danke vielmals! -
Danke Stefan! Das war ja ganz nicht so schwierig!

Kann man das vielleicht auch irgendwo ausschalten?

Hallo,

1. Copy the .TgPcDx file and rename (i.e. SignLondon.TgPcDx)
2 . Open the new file with RSbinTool
2a. Check the file type below (i.e. DXT3 ARGB)
2. Export file to .DDS (i.e. signempty.DDS
3. Open the .DDS file in Photoshop without mipmaps or another program that can work with this format. You may need a plugin for .dds files.
4. Make the changes you want
5. Save the file with a new filename (i.e. SignLondon.DDS), choose the right format! (DTX1 or DXT3 or DXT5 etc.)
6. Import the new .dds file into the (still opened) TgPcDx file (SignLondon.TgPcDx)
7. Now copy the .bin file of the empty sign and rename (i.e. SignLondon.bin)
8. Open the .bin file with RWtoolsHere you need to check the name you want in TS editor (i.e. Sign London) and change references to the new sign (SignLondon.TgPcDx). This .bin file can be slightly different from case to case so you may need to play around with it until the new sign shows up in the editor.
Please be aware that you need to restart (or clear cache) after every texture or bin file change.
If you get stuck please send me the .bin file so I may be able to help you.
Cheers,

Ich habe das Schild selber nicht aber ich denke du muss das Schild exportieren nach Photoshop oder ähnlich, bearbeiten und wieder ins TS importieren...
