To answer your questions, the control cars (with the driver icon placed on it in the editor) will work with every locomotive that is already initialized and ready to go in the scenario. In the case of more complex locomotives with a cold start like the BR 243 from vR, the driver must be placed on the locomotive in the scenario editor. In the game, you must complete the startup procedures of the locomotive you are using (BR243 in this case) and when it is ready to go, you can change cabs to the control car and drive the train from there.
Wurden auch schon Bilder vom Führerstand gezeigt, weil auf der Produktseite finde ich keine?
