Same here, The MSO do not list for some reasons. The bin files 3 of them are in the folder.
Its also with the Class 319 MSO 's the same problem. All bin files are presen in the MSO folders...

I ran into the same problem and found out that the 319 MSO's blueprints had an XML syntax error.
I reached out to AP who quickly responded and corrected both 319 volumes. So you can re-download them and it will be fixed
