Unfortunately it gives only consist weight but not a brake weight which is a different thing

Hi, I have a few question about BR 186 that I couldn't find anywhere in the Internet or in the official manual.
First one is about getting info about brake weight. I don't know where can I find this information for BRH calculations. I also don't know where to obtain max speed of consist.
Next one is that I don't quite understand what is brake regime R/P/G and when to use each option. Also in relation to brakes what is a difference between brake type S - disc brakes / K - block brakes.
