Currently you can drive from Praha-Vysočany to Mladá Boleslav.

BRD I think that it isn't be possible after this long time. Rival mention the option that "maby" they will build a realistic version off the CD version but this is not confirmt and only an option for the longer furture i guess...
Everything is possible. It just depends on the developer's will to do it.

It would be good if the railjet advanced would be updated to also have MIREL, at least for the Czech and Austrian red versions.
