This is a different project from a different team of people. There was an older and outdated version of the route 070 from different authors.
This new one is much better and it will be extended over time. -

Currently you can drive from Praha-Vysočany to Mladá Boleslav.

BRD I think that it isn't be possible after this long time. Rival mention the option that "maby" they will build a realistic version off the CD version but this is not confirmt and only an option for the longer furture i guess...
Everything is possible. It just depends on the developer's will to do it.
