    Hello!

I want to ask for help.

I want to make a wire like high voltage cables.

I have already managed to make the straight wire (with subsequent connection), but not the hanging and its extent.

Where and how to set this in Blueprint.

Can the value of the hanging depth be changed?

The wires can be connected afterwards (not auto gantry)

    Thanks in advance.

    Blueprint for straight cables:

I would like to ask for help with Gantry Blueprint.

I would like to create straight wires, it would be possible to connect the cables between the contact points afterwards. What is the right blueprint? What special setting should be used in 3Ds Max? Unfortunately, the connection points are not always visible in the TS editor or not at all.

    Hello!

Can the "MaxCantAngleDegrees" value be changed in the route rules of an existing route? I would rewrite the value in the Track Rules .xml or .bin files.

Unfortunately, I set this value incorrectly on a route and I would like to correct it. The route is half finished, but I want to build it further with the new values.

Can multiple Track rules be applied within a route? E.g. 120 km/h for a distance of 0-30 km, later 80 km/h for 30-50 km?

    Thanks.

    Track properties (spacebar)

    Hello!

I want to ask for help. I searched a lot for the answer, but I can't find it anywhere.

When you press the "SPACE" key in the properties of the track, you can see the settings of various properties. I understand more of them, but there are a few features that I don't. What exactly do these mean in order?

    Thanks.

There is a description here, but it is very incomplete because not everything is listed:

    Dear Team!

I appreciate all the routes you have built.

I would like to ask for help with route construction (if you have some time). I have experience in building routes, but I want to work on a solid foundation. Thank you very much in advance for your support.

    1. When laying the track, the priority of the rails can be of four types: Main, Passenger, Freight, Yard (in principle, they are prioritized in this order - Main is the most prestigious). These are provided with different arc radii in the Track Rules settings. I understand why. However, when creating the tasks, this plays a big role in the route of the AI trains. How exactly should this be interpreted?

    2. By pressing the space key, the properties of the track become visible. I looked for a detailed description of this in several places, but unfortunately I only found incomplete descriptions (for example: https://railworks.fandom.com/wiki/Route_building_tutorial) The track types can be seen here and set afterwards (Main, Passenger, etc...) ). Several properties can be set by pressing the space key.

I don't fully understand the connection between train prioritization (https://railworks.fandom.com/wiki/Train_service_classes) and track properties in the description: "Beware, as certain classes of train will not gain access to certain types of track. This will become apparent in scenario testing later." What exactly do you mean here?

    3. Is it possible to use several track rules on a track at the same time? I read somewhere that it is not worth it, because then the preparation of the tasks will not be good (?).

    4. What does the direction of the track affect and how does it work? (Up/down/Both)

I'm starting to build a new route and I don't want to spoil the basics at the beginning. Unfortunately, in an earlier route, the scenarios do not work well due to the inaccuracy of the fenit settings.

I apologize if I disturbed your time. Thank you very much for your help!

    Hello!

I want to ask for help.

I want to make a new overhead line system. I created the column objects, but I don't understand adding the wires.

I’ve searched a lot of websites, but unfortunately I haven’t found a description of this anywhere.

The Blueprint Editor is the hardest, I don't understand this part.

I created the files in 3DMax that I included (the objects were created as a test only, not final).

I also described the wiring descriptions and the automatic column laying parameters. I plan similar to the lines on the VR Konsanz-Villingen route.

If anyone can help with this, thank you very much. Even with a video tutorial that will allow me to create the other columns and objects.

I want to learn and understand this system as well.

    Thank you!

    Dear MarcoL or Someone!

(sorry for bad English, but I can't write in German)

I would like to know what requests and permits are required to share VR BR 185.2 locomotive repaintings? (I plan to make more of my repaints)

I create a website that is not ready. There I want to share the repaint. Of course, by specifying the direct link of the original model (link), without which the repaint cannot be used.

It is for free use only.

Don’t get mad if I’m stupid, but I haven’t done that yet. I want to avoid legal problems and I don’t know who to turn to.

Thank you in advance for your help and response.

    Tom

Yes, I would like to use this new overhead wire on another route.
I think I'm buying the Konstanz-Villingen route because it's very nice.
If I purchase, can the objects on the route be used in the editor for another route? (for me important: overhead wire system, vegetation) Thank you.

    StS!
Thanks for the help, but I do not understand it completely.
I am struggling with this problem a lot...
Based on an example (for example: Automatische Weichenlaterne: "SBS_WA-lla" junction [track rule]), can you help to see how to create a node in detail? (There are four versions of this)
Thanks for your effort. I like to learn this part.

    PICTURE (Junction)Ferngestellt (ohne Hebel): "SBS_WA-lla"

The problem is that there are only two of the "Automatische Weichenlaterne" junctions (4/2 pc) in the editor: "SBS_WA_lla" and "SBS_WA_rra".
I would like to use the other two "Automatische Weichenlaterne" nodes in the editor ("SBS_WA-lra" and "SBS_WA_rla"), but it's not clear how to program them, so that they can be seen in the Track Rule list.
That's what I'm looking for. Thanks!

    Hi!
The junctions are very good, congratulations!
However, based on the description, it is unclear how to edit new junctions (RW_Tools or Blueprint Editor?) so that they can be seen in the editor. (only 11 of the many junctions). Can you help me here? Thanks.
