[DTG/TSW2] London Underground - Bakerloo Line

Diese Linie ist so toll für Nostalgiker (noch).
Mit dem alten Stock durch London düsen. Warm, eng, gelegentlich flackert das Licht oder fällt kurz aus, dazu die alten E-Motoren. Geil!
Bei meinen zwei London-Aufenthalten Pflichtprogramm, wenigstens einmal mit der Bakerloo Line zu fahren.

In Kürze (?) hat sich das aber ja auch erledigt. Zum Glück muss man aus objektiven Gesichtspunkten wohl sagen, aber schade darum.

Umso schöner finde ich es das DTG diesen Fahrzeugen hier ein würdiges Denkmal setzt

Wie lange fährt man denn bei knapp 20 Kilometer und vor allem wie viele Stationen sind enthalten ?

Das ist die einzige Strecke, die mich tatsächlich reitzen würde.

Also auf den Screenshots ist Queens Park zu sehen, wenn ich mich nicht irre. Ich gehe davon aus dass die die gesamte Strecke gebaut haben. So 20 km ist man ja von DTG gewohnt. 23 km ist die Strecke lang mit 25 Stationen.

For my two stays in London, a compulsory program to ride the Bakerloo Line at least once. : D

In a nutshell (?) It will be done. Fortunately you have to say from an objective point of view, but that's a shame.

Haha, the Bakerloo is the line I've used the most, but out of necessity. I hate the old trains, much prefer the newer Jubilee or Victoria line trains!

I hope the passenger announcements work, and the stations don't feel dead!

Can't wait to see the tunnel stations though!

Tatsächlich? Ich meine gehört zu haben, dass TfL für die Verlängerung der Bakerloo Line sogar noch (baugleiche) Victoria-Line-Fahrzeuge von 1967 dazuholen wollte.

25 Stationen , davon 15 Untertage ..
Das wird eine Tunnelstrecke ..mit Strassenbahn/Ubahn Charakter...alle 800m anhalten ---

Na und? Das ist genau, was im TS so schmerzlich ignoriert wurde. Städtischer Nahverkehr ist etwas ganz eigenes und ich bin sehr froh, dass er seitens DTG endlich mal aufgegriffen wird. Normale Bahnstrecken gibt es schon genug im TSW.

U-Bahn Frankfurt fahre ich zwar selten aber sehr gern im TS, ich finde es ist mal was anderes, vielleicht kann der TSW ja den Flair besser übermitteln als der TS.

Die Bakerloo Line ist die am meisten von unseren Freunden von der Insel gewünschte Strecke. Ich kann mich nur der Meinung meines Vorredners anschließen.

Die Strecke gibt es doch schon (zumindest teilweise) im TS.

Keine Ahnung. Aber im TSW war es ein lang ersehnter Wunsch.

When you look and see that they haven't got something as basic as the train numbers correct you wonder what will come, and then you look at the rain strip over the drivers side window and wonder. Then you notice a few other things. I hope TSW2 will be a big improvement, TSW did not impress, but I think as long as it has to be compatible with the Consoles, particularly the X-box it will always be neutered.

The destination on the promo picture is wrong, it shows the destination "Elephant and Castle" but it's all caps and on two lines.

The destination blinds were changed 5 ish years ago, with them being in title case and a single line.

Dann aber bitte eine vernueftige Strassenbahn nebst Depot. Da hätte man etwas davon in der Routen Kulisse.
Immer an der Tunnelwand entlang im Dunkeln ist eher was für Hamster.
