Are there any of these? Or does all updates have changes to the tracks.bin too.

There have several optical upgrades by Trainworks in the past, eg for Köln-Koblenz, Mannheim-Karisruhe, München-Rosenheim etc. These upgrades replaced tracks (to DB Tracks), changed vegetation (e.g. to vegetation used on the Moselbahn), signal textures etc. Many users in this forum will have these. They used to be available on the website trainworks.eu/forum. Several of these have however been taken offline in the past and the entire website has, sadly, been taken down a couple of weeks ago.

Du kannst prinzipiell jedes Streckenupdate verwenden, nur mußt Du dann eben die Tracks.bin, die im Paket drinnen ist weglassen.

In addition, there is this one here still available. You would need to re-install the AP weather pack after having installed this one.
