Adds a 12-piece (4x 1st class, 8x 2nd class) IC sandwich formation to the BR 101.

Installation:
- extract "TS2Prototype-dppls-Sandwich101.zip" to folder "...\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC\"
- create a custom scenario with scenario planner using this formation

After creating a scenario with this unit, you have to activate the rear locomotive by following these steps:
- Switch cockpit to rear locomotive by pressing [CTRL]/[STRG] + [+] multiple times
- move lever to 'backwards' (or 'forward' if you're sitting in the rear locomotive's cockpit facing the wagons)
- [optional] change active pantograph to '2' (rear)
- Switch back to front locomotive 
- continue as usual
