Good, if you haven't done it yet:

Set the system to IT 3kV (Italy system) on the right display where you can see the flag.

Select CTRL + P beforehand until the message appears in the top right-hand corner that 3kV is set. Then lift the Panto and switch on the main switch.

If you have this, then switch on the SCMT train protection by confirming it on the middle display in Level Change,

now the train protection test is carried out.

Manoeuvring in Italy means ''shunting'' and Vmax when manoeuvring in Italy is 30 km/h.

The ''MAN'' function in the SCMT train protection has the benefit that you are in manoeuvre mode and can drive over red signals,

without being forced to brake. In the manoeuvre, however, only the dwarf signals apply to you, which are called ''manoeuvre signals'' in Italy,

in Germany ''Rangiersignale'' and in Austria ''Verschubsignale''.

If you have set manoeuvre, slowly pull the locomotive forward. The manoeuvre signal should switch to free manoeuvre (two white lamps light up vertically).

Should the manoeuvre signal remain on Manoeuvre Prohibited (two white lights Horizontal), release with the TAB key is permitted.

Now move to siding 13 in the head track. Normally the goods train on the right with the 2 Italian locomotives would have exited, but as the train is early enough, the signal box decided to

to let you manoeuvre first.

Move over at 17:13 (5.13 p.m.)
