Readme- DB 101-080 Advertising livery BKK Landesverband Ost

A splash of dramatic color for German routes that's very much not red. A bit anachronistic, actually, since it dates from 2002 and BKK LVO doesn't exist any more.  But I think it looks striking, and I got do satisfy my obsession with littel technical markings.
