Theres a .rwp inside the .zip folder i recommend .7zip(Freeware) program Extract the .zip and install .rwp using the utilites located here: 
C:Steam/steamapps/common/RailWorks 

Today you are tasked with the freight haul from Rotherbrunnen to Solis
