Füge die .sav Datei so ein,

Explorer/Dokumente/My Games/TrainSimWorld2/Saved/SaveGames

Dann öffne TSW2 und gehe unter "Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr" - "Werkzeuge" - "Szenariogestalter" und dann S-Bahn Ersatzfahrzeug.
