Dieses fiktives Repaint macht aus der S-Bahn Rhein-Ruhr BR 422 aus Hauptstrecke Rhein-Ruhr eine 422 der S-Bahn Köln. Somit kann man das Repaint auf Köln-Aachen nutzen, bis die BR 423 erschienen ist.
