Fix (v2.0 beta) for [Railtraction] Lint 27 BR 640, last change: July 14th, 2020

This modification contains a cab, light and sound update for the Lint 27 BR 640 railcar.

!! C A U T I O N !! This update overwrites some of the files in the Lint27 directory.

1) Unzip "RT_Lint27_BR640_Fix_v2.0_beta.7z" with the free tool "7-Zip" (https://www.7-zip.org/) or with another tool
2) Install "RT_Lint27_BR640_Fix_v2.0_beta.rwp" with Utilities.exe
3) Restart TS

Numerous inconsistencies have been dealt with.
