SBB CFF FFS RE460 TrainworX - Handling update

This is the first in my SBB RE460/465/NSB EL18 Mod series.

Requirements: SBB CFF FFS RE460 TrainworX V4.1

Description:

Center of gravity change <
Mass change >

Minimum changes have been made to stay compatible with most systems / scenarios.

The EL18 reskin handling will come later, mass 85.2t vs 81t before.
(1 more converter and plow's installed on our EL18's)

Installation: Unpack in your Assets folder.
